rooster59 Posted August 27, 2016 Share Posted August 27, 2016 Seventeen-Year Old Raped and Forced to Watch Porn Claims Report by Pattaya One News Team PATTAYA:-- At 1am, on the morning of August 27, a thirty-five-year old Thai woman took her seventeen-year-old daughter to Pattaya police station to file the complaint of the rape of a minor at a house in Tappraya Soi 15, M. 10 Nongprue Banglamung Chonburi. The mother made a sworn statement to Pol Capt Sinsamut Boontassana, Sub Inspector Inquiry at Pattaya Police Station. She said she was a poor farmer in Pichit and that on August 17 her sister informed her that there was a vacancy for a maid at the house in Tappraya Soi 15. The monthly wage was 10,000 baht and as her seventeen-year-old daughter had left school she sent her down to Pattaya to work. On August 26 her daughter called her saying she wanted to return home. When asked why she claimed she had been raped by her employer. She claimed that the man, who said he was a Police Captain at Pattaya Division, instructed the daughter to give him a massage in his room. Whilst in the room the girl noticed a porn movie playing on the screen and discovered many sex toys in the room. Then, she says, she was forced to have sex. Later that evening he called the girl again to his room and forced her to provide him hand relief. But mostly stories like this (a poor farmer; send the daughter to work in PATTAYA(sic);rape;etc.) end to be a hoax. Also, if the rapist is really a Police Captain at the Pattaya Police, the mother can forget her claim and she better swallow her "poor farmer" pride and go back to Pichit. Bt the end of the day, the Police Captain will be cleared of any wrongdoing and the girl will get a Police complain for making false accusations. But she has redeemed herself by bringing it into the public domain. If this happened more often Police Captain and his ilk would find it hard to sweep under the carpet in future. It would be nice to hear his side of things, but I suspect he will be going to a 6 month training seminar in Chang Rai later today, and therefore regrettably unavailable for comment. Oh...I have never met a mature Thai man without a wife or live-in girlfriend. Isn't "auntie" sometimes used when describing an older female friend of the family? Not necessarily a blood kin? Either way, how long did she work there before he allegedly raped her? The first few days? If he hired her as a sex toy as some here are suggesting by her rate of pay then he probably wanted a retuen on his money fairly quick. If she worked there a week or longer then it was a legit housekeeper position and he just had to wait until his regular woman was gone. I was not thinking of distribution as there is nothing interesting about a middle aged guy trying to sex up a 17-year old. I was thinking it could have been used as leverage to get the cop to pay a tidy sum or the video would be delivered to the wifey. That way the girl could have departed with some capital at the time because this rape charge is going nowhere.
