100% Thai Limtied Company and Limited Partnership x Foreigner/Thai company - Legal requirements

Featured Replies

Hi there local biz community !!
I'm about to set up a company in Thailand,

and I'm considering to establish it with myself and a thai person (a foreigner/thai company),

or establishing it with 100% thai people as shareholders (absolutely no foreigner ownership).

The type of company would be a Limited Co. or a Limited Partnership.

In this case,

what are the differences in terms of legal requirements when setting up a 100% thai company or a foreigner/thai company ?

I would like to hear your information regarding both types of companies (Limited Co. and Limited partnership).

Please note I'm objectively trying to compare the legal requirements for setting up a company ONLY,

so no need for opinions about should/shouldn't set up a company in 'this-or-that' way .  ;)

Cheers guys!
