Parcel from UK arrived in Thailand but not delivered to home what to do?

Featured Replies

Jeez there are some strange posts here.

i have never had a parce go missing in 10 years. I receive about 6-8 a month from overseas.

Yes, the postmen are lazy - they will store them up for a week before delivering them. Sometimes they return to the depot because they run out of time, but I can always track them and I meet them at 5.00 PM. Sometimes they are too lazy to find the right house.

Yes, they are a little dim, they don't read addresses, some parcels get taken to different addresses and sometimes the staff can't read English.

but I never have an issue with registered parcels being stolen, in fact they are really good - the postman or the EMS guy comes at a time when he knows I'm in, he will swing back,  or call on the phone  .. Nothing but praise for the service. The only thing I can't fathom is the 7B surcharge that I incur from time to time.

So was the package at the post office when you went to look ?

I suggest checking quickly as sometimes they won't hold it for long before returning it to wherever it came from.

right it off
