Does anyone know of a regular street vendor selling those sweet little Thai pastries? There's a young lad I've bought from on Klang but he's a roamer so only ever see him once in a blue moon. Cheers

If by  sweet little Thai pastries  you mean  "galee pup"  then I think you'll find some in Friendship supermarket.

We all have our favorite street food treats and what i do is save their mobile number and give them a buzz when you are feeling peckish. They are never to far away. A friend of mine does the same thing with a different kind of thai treat in Pattaya. Support street food you support one of the best things Thailand has to offer!

I do not recommend soi 6 in Jomtien, vendors there do not wash their hands after serving customers.

You wouldnt recommend the whole of thailand based on that comment...

It's an inside joke, the vendors in soi 6 are all masseuses or at least pretend to be.

Last time i was in soi 6 they wernt even brushing their teeth between kissing the next punter. Very sloppy behaviour indeed.
