So if I'm reading the news report correctly, these thieves went after GSB back in March and succeeded in stealing millions of baht from their ATMs then. And then apparently, GSB didn't move quickly enough or strongly enough to prevent the same kind of thing happening with their ATMs some months later for even larger amounts by the same suspects???

 

Are the bank folks doing anything other than checking Facebook on their mobile phones?
