Does anyone know if he can get his Type-B Visa in Lithuania? Any experience of it being difficult? He'll be in the Philippines before that, but I understand it's tough to get a B-Visa in the Philippines, even with complete documents. ...Sunbelt? Lop? Anyone? Thanks! He'll be in the Philippines before that, but I understand it's tough to get a B-Visa in the Philippines, even with complete documents.
