CaptHaddock
Pitney Bowes has a website that will calculate customs charges, purportedly from any country to any other: www.dutycalculator.com They give you one free calculation after which they want you to buy credits for additional calculations. However, they identify you by your internet ip address. So, if you can change that, which in some cases is as easy as rebooting your router, you can get additional freebies.
