Xircal Posted September 16, 2016 Share Posted September 16, 2016 It seems that there's a backdoor installed by Xiaomi on every one of their phones which allows the company to install any app without user intervention and without their knowledge. The APK which is called AnalyticsCore.apk runs continuously 24/7 and will even reinstall itself if deleted.
