Just noticed the GMMZ link at the top of the page. Seems that it worked in 2013 - hopefully it's still like that.

As long as it is pointed to Thaicom birds you can.  They are at 78 degrees so a bit to the West from Thailand.  Believe True only used small solid dish so you will get the Ku band of channels (not as many as on the larger C-band feed).
