on several Occasion, I was unable to find the right Person to talk to,

when I was interested in a Land or Property

 

How can I find out the Name and the Adress of a Landlord, if I would like to

talk to him in Person - supposing no Informations given on Site?

Try a visit to the District or Provincial Land Department, "gom khi din".  You should be able to find the property from their maps.

Yes, but this might not help very much. Few people , if any, notify the Land Department every time they move or change telephone numbers. If you are thinking about a building, that looks as though it has utilities connected, you might try the utility company(s). This is just a guess, I have never tried it myself, so don't know if they will release this information.
