And I thought Swedes would usually hide somewhere in the forest that they don't meet other Swedes.  

 

          She saw him as a customer and he loved her, sounds strange. But being not honest about her age, not just from herself, also the place where he paid the bar fine,  doesn't really make him to a pedophile.

 

             Some 13 year old girls do look like 18 + and love does make blind. What a strange world we're living in.

 

              Would it have been a Thai citizen, he could just have married her, without any consequences. 

 

               Some men are fools of their tools. A 13 year old prostitute who's seriously faking her real age shouldn't bring the guy into deeper troubles.

 

            There're plenty of too young girls who're just using the ID of an older friend, or relative. 

 

             I wouldn't call the Swede a pedophile, to be honest, as he really seemed to be in love with her, thinking that she's 18.

 

          

 

       

15 or 20 years ago i read in the Bangkok Post about an Italian man who had married a Thai and was happily married for 7 years before he learned that his wife had been born as a male. his wife had had the conversion surgery and I guess it was a good job. 

So you consider this Swede and allow that he may have been convinced and in love as well.

We are all victims of our mind thinking what we want to believe and are sometimes innocently 'wrong'....
