WantThaiMilk Posted October 7, 2016 Share Posted October 7, 2016 I have heard of some guys open a bank account with only the passport on tourist visa and several hundred baht.i hear that different branches have different rules and some areas of Thailand may not ask you for any document(such as Isaan and out of tourist area),Really?Now I want to open a bank account with Standard Chartered Bank/CitiBank/HSBC.Maybe I will visit Thailand in December.I search That there is a branch of Standard Chartered in Rayong.I want to Try to open account at Standard Chartered Bank Rayong Branch First.Is it any idea for me?Thanks guys.
