4th homeless victim slain at Lat Phrao

Featured Replies

'... a Myanmar man under arrest was responsible for killing four homeless people during the past week ... despite the latest victim being found a day after he was taken into custody.' Obviously possible. But after KohTao, who can believe anything the police claim?

I said after they arrested and " interrogated" the Burmese man, that his only chance was if the murders continued. My bad, they just fudge the date of death. As another has posted, if more killings happen then obviously the Burmese man had an accomplice. The decision has been made and it is not reversible. They said she "might" have been dead for three or four days. This is nearly an exact science, they can tell time of death within hours with a two week old corpse. In my home state of Illinois the prosecution knowingly sent a man to death row that did not do it. Another man " who was already doing life without parole admitted to the crime, and gave details that only the perpetrator could have known.  This was instrumental in ending the death penalty in Illinois. Did the prosecutor go to jail? Of course not. American prosecutors, and Judges are just as bad, I sadly announce. I hope they get the right guy here but have my doubts.

Yes! it will be put down as copycat murders. This poor man will never see the light of day again. Loss of face to say they got wrong man this far down the line.
