I tried it with my test account Maestro_2 just now and see that I cannot unsubscribe the way I expected. Clicking on the link "Adjust your digest preferences" I am brought to this page, which does not let me change my subscription settings:

 

 

Therefore, you need to write to support[at]thaivisa.com, indicating the email address at which you receive the digest, and ask them to unsubscribe you manually.

Indeed, they made it impossible to unsubscribe (which is illegal in my country) and everything for the clicks, apart from that this forum became basically a carrier for a shipload of advertisements (for those who allow that).. money money money
