Concerned neighbor's report of hanged man turns out to be just a pair of pants

PATTAYA: -- A concerned neighbor in Pattaya called police in the middle of the night after he saw an outline through a curtained window that appeared as if someone had hanged themselves.

 

At 1am this morning, Pattaya police were alerted about a possible suicide at The Winner Condominium in Soi Pratamnak Pattaya 12. After the police knocked on the door of the apartment in question with no answer, the condominium staff used a master key to open the apartment for two police officers and at least three rescue volunteers who accompanied them.

 

But what they found instead of a hanged body drove them all to laugh. Turns out it was just a pair of blue pants hanging from the curtain rod that caused the concerned neighbor to panic.

Had it have been socks, the neighbour may well have had real cause for concern !!!

Pants or socks.......good that the neighbor has reported it and instead of going into the laughing mode, the rescuers should have complemented the concerned neighbor and they should have encouraged him to stay alert.
