Company formation

Featured Replies

Hello,

I am living in Thailand for almost a year and think it is time for me to settle down here.

I work online as affiliate webmaster and currently have a HK Ltd. for all my income. To work legal in Thailand I guess I need to found a company and employ myself.

As far as I understand I need a Thai Partner who owns at least 51% and the 49% can be owned by me. right?

If I marry my GF the company just need 2mio Baht capital and and 4x Thai employess, right?

The thing is that I don't need any employees neither do I need an office as I can work practically form everywhere. Just need someone who do my accounting every few weeks.

Is there any legal way for me to found a company and just work for myself? BTW I am married to my Thai GF if this makes any difference.

Thx in advance :)
