Air Asia Office in Pattaya?

Featured Replies

Yes, I know, I ALWAYS book online, but this time I want to pay with actual Thai Baht notes, so I'm wondering if there's an Air Asia office in town anywhere?

Thanks.

The Pattaya location is listed on the Air Asia website.

One at Tesco Lotus  Sukhumvet Jomtien,   at top of escalators north  end of store.

Was one in Tuk com ground floor, not sure if its still there.

Excellent - thanks a lot.

or actually you can also go to one of the myriad of travel agents dotted all around the city that display the air Asia sign. An air Asia executive told me that these agents are meant to act like sub-branches for the airline.

The Tuk Com location is long gone......There is a travel agent inside there who can handle things. Remember, they will want a fee. 300-1000 Baht. This true of the various travel agents who also handle Air Asia tickets/online.

When you book online as I do AirAsia gives you the option of paying at any 7/11,so what is the problem with doing this?

I also don't quite get the OP.

Booking online is not necessarily paying with credit card (if that is the concern).

Book online, pay at Seven, 53 Baht fee.

It will not work for short term bookings (don't know all details).

I've never seen that option (mind you I've never looked too closely as I pay on a UK credit card). I'll check it out as that would definitely be convenient.

I always book online and click the option to pay at 7/11 (counter payment)as above you will be charged extra for this around 50 baht in total,a reference number will be given along with the date/time (if its a late booking you get a couple of hours to pay) otherwise 24 hours just go along to your nearest store and they will process it for you and the receipt you get also acts as your check in ticket,no need to print out anything else.............simple really
