Walk towards the target tailor, he comes out and offers his hand for shaking.

Two farangs walk both sides of target tailor.

Each farang takes hold of the tailors hand/arm, holding it tightly. One hand/arm for each farang.

Each farang with their other hand, lock under the tailors armpit and lifts the tailor off the ground.

Farangs keep walking away from tailor shop, with tailor doing an air walk and pleading to be put down.

50 to 100 yards should be enough.

Release tailor and allow him to return to his shop.

If this happens a few times, the tailor will stay in his shop watching TV and all sidewalks will be free of Indian obstruction.
