The Social Media Manager will administer the company's social media marketing and advertising. Administration includes but is not limited to: • Engage in correspondence with both customers and business partners via e-mail, chat and social media channels. • Consult customers on the company's products and services by answering their questions and dealing with their concerns / comments on the social media channels • Develop brand awareness and online reputation of the business • Work with basic accounting software • Content management • Cultivation of leads and sales Required qualifications and skills: • Fluent in both Thai and English • Good computer and Internet skills • Advanced user of social media channels • Knowledgeable in marketing planning and execution Employment type: will be discussed, telecommuting is a possible option Salary is negotiable.
