I am looking for a short term rental in Bangkok. Preferably a 2+ bedroom in a modern building above or next to a shopping center with easy access to food, groceries and restaurants in the Siam area/shopping area. Also seeking a nanny/helper. Any tips would be appreciated.

What do you mean by short term?

 

1 week? 1 month?

I would suggest you look in AirBnB. There is a map feature that will show you where the rentals are. And some of the apartments are maid serviced. Although that is maybe 5% or 10% of the total. But you could probably turn on a filter in the AirBnB search engine and locate them easily. Many condo units are cracking down on "short term rentals." Usually that means you need to be there for one month.
