Yes, and he can't appeal until after he is convicted. And because he has not yet been convicted, he is unable to appeal. -

Yo Chompski Your favourite Labour in house rag the Guardian are leaving twitter (to be fair the amount of abuse they get in return for their woke gaslighting left wing bull <deleted> is MASSIVE so can't blame them tbh) People hate LABOUR right noiw - and rightly so. Nightly Merry-Making at Pattaya Beach Challenges Law Enforcement
As evening falls upon the stretch of Thailand's Pattaya Beach, the carefree harmonies of music blend with the ocean's rhythm, punctuating the air with an atmosphere of jovial recklessness to the chagrin of local authorities. The crowd, a diverse mix of young Thais and foreigners, has become a nocturnal fixture, basking in the beachside revelry under moon's watchful gaze. Yet, Pattaya News correspondents note the nature of these gatherings, far from being innocuous chats amidst waves and sand, has evolved to harbour a thriving, if potentially unlawful, economy. Despite an earlier reputation of harbouring brawls and altercations, increased police patrols have largely declawed the risk of violence. Nevertheless, the vendors' perseverance challenges the efficacy of these measures. Indeed, the creative adaptation of the entrepreneurial spirit has seen vendors rent chairs, provide alcoholic beverages, and peddle both decriminalised cannabis and kratom drinks to the partygoers. Kept carefully stored in parked cars away from the prying eyes of the police, these cache of items enter the fray once the authorities’ patrols recede, often bending the law to their advantage. Simultaneously, an array of food carts carts have been springing up, turning parts of the beachfront into de facto unlicensed marketplaces. These vendors, both locals and foreign nationals, provide an array of snacks, contributing to the traffic congestion while persistently nudging the patience of the law enforcement. Despite regular attempts to clear them out, these determined vendors prove to be as recurring as the rising tide, commencing their operations as soon as the authorities retreat. This game of cat-and-mouse has drawn calls for more stringent enforcement of regulations and an increase in police presence to quell this burgeoning pseudo-economy. It's worth reminding that although cannabis and kratom were decriminalised in Thailand in 2022, the provision comes with a caveat - a proper licence and registration to sell, a task beyond the reach of common street vendors, as current regulations stand. The challenge for Thailand's authorities lies in finding a balance between the innocent merriment of beachside gatherings and curtailing any unauthorised and potentially disruptive business operations, reported The Pattaya News. Landlord with retirement visa: what am I allowed to do?
Maybe he said "bought" in a broad sense. You can "buy" a 30 year lease, right? I see properties advertised like that sometimes. Someone buys a land lease with an existing structure, then at some later date wants to sell the lease. So it's advertised as a land lease sale with X number of years remaining. My only question is if the house can be separated from the land lease once the lease is a done deal. -

Bait taken again. Just so gullible you woke lefties it's amazing. Please remember many of my previous posts when I've stated I used to be on the left. Not any more. The right now is more in line with my left views. Go figure. -
