BANGKOK: -- Japan’s Emperor Akihito has expressed his condolences for the second time to the Thai Royal Family following the passing of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, according to National News Bureau of Thailand. 

 

NNT said Japan’s Imperial Household Agency has  disclosed that the Japanese Emperor sent a telegram carrying the second condolence message on the passing of His Majesty to the Thai Royal Family earlier this week.

 

Both Emperor Akihito and Empress Michiko sent the first letter of condolences upon receiving the sad news on October 13.

They mourned the death of His Majesty for three days.
