Heavy rain brings "flash floods" to Pattaya Friday evening

 

Heavy and continual rain in Pattaya on Friday led to a situation nothing short of flash flood proportions.

 

Pictures and video on Facebook showed a motorcyclist on Khao Noi Road battling valiantly against the raging waters - only to fail as the torrent overwhelms him and he falls off his bike.
