Sending money out of Thailand with Bangkok Bank ?

I have a bank acct at Bangkok bank and I need to send 13,000 euros to France, do you know if it's possible (is it possible to do that "online" at all) ? If not do you know what the possibilities are ?

Two years ago I had to send around 25.000 Euro's to Europe. Went to the Bangkok Bank, explained what I wanted, a lady filled in the form(s) and I had to sign. That was all. Maybe things might have changed in the mean time.

It was money brought in from abroad but no questions about the origin of the money were raised.
