toots Posted November 8, 2016 Share Posted November 8, 2016 Hi everybody just had a strange experience at bangkok bank. They said oh you have new passport sorry can not give you money. You opened account with old passport. New passport has different number.funny i have been using same " new" passport for 4years to withdraw money. Anybody had similar problem. As mania said no problem to change over to the newer one. A good reminder to everyone that when passport changes you need to consider which institutions/authorities need to be informed - and be armed with copious quantities of copies of both documents Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
