Condo Sales Contract

Featured Replies

I am a teacher and I hold a valid work permit.

I am thinking of buying a condo directly from the developer in Mahasarakham (NE Thailand) but I am worried whether I will be able to sell it in the future.

Would anybody have a sample copy of sales contract in English to share please.

Also, I am thinking of buying a new Toyota Yaris, can I drive it on my British driving licence without having an international driving licence which is valid for one year only.

I would appreciate for your advise.Thank you very much.

Condo. I suspect that you will be able to sell your condo in the future. Supply and demand dictates the price.

I committed to purchase my condo in 2006.

Suspect that I would be lucky to achieve 70% of the purchase price today.

Find a desperate seller (of a pre –owned condo) in your area –and be merciless.

Licence

Your British driving licence is  valid in Thailand but only if you are a tourist. Non tourist must obtain  a valid Thai licence or International licence. The latter can create complications with respect to insurance claims.

Your choice is simple –obtain a Thai licence

I bet the yaris is more expensive. Can't imagine buying a condo in that area the Rents nearly free. I'm not against buying as I own in asoke Bangkok
