BANGKOK: -- Investigators were at a rented house in Nonthaburi yesterday looking for the remains of the wife of Shimon Bintan, 53.

Nantiya Saeng-urai went missing about last November. She was last seen at a house in Preuksa Village estate on the Bang Kruay-Sai Noi Road, reported Manager Online.

Teams were there yesterday using suction pumps to clear toilets and drains. They also dug up a section of concrete by the side of the house.

Nothing was found. But head of the team Arun Wachirasrisukanya told reporters that police believe she is most likely dead.

Her father reported her missing after Eliyahu Cohen, 63, had been found cut up and covered in cement at another rented house in Nonthaburi.

Cohen was a former Israeli policeman who Shimon claimed had slept with his wife.

Shimon moved to that house in December last year with his son Ben Bintan, 17. Shimon had previously lived with Nantiya at the house where the search for her remains took place.

Father and son continue to help police with their enquiries.

Police said yesterday that Nantiya, 37, had a total of four husbands and four children. She was known to be a drug user with a drug offence against her name in Bang Bon.

Man, that ain't kosher. :passifier:

I would think a "Cadaver dog" would be a great help in finding

the lady, but does Thailand even have such trained dogs ?

regards Worgeordie

sounds like a proper girl RIP

May one wonder if the authorities would go to all this trouble if the missing woman was not Thai, but even worse, farang?

i would have tortured the bastard

Someone criticized me when I predicted that this guy has some more to say. Not because I know everything, but the murder's behavior  is typical. I think he has even more to say......

Is that so? When a farang went missing they don't care, is that what you are saying? Neither would they bother to dig? How about giving some coffee money to those who do the digging? I wouldn't dig for nothing that is for sure. So pay you must.

In many countries justice is hard to come by not only in Thailand.

at least he got his septic tank emptied for free.

Okey! Now his name is Bintan. Before it was Biton. Maby he change quickly to make a run for it, or it´s a new man they found.

Let´s hope the victims don´t change name too. Then they are going to be even harder to find.

Even if he reduced her to hamburger it would be impossible to get her down the toilet or a drain pipe.

Yes your right. I love Thailand and the many ways they keep a pair of hands busy. Should take a bunch of them to Oak Island in Canada they could dig to their hearts content and maybe enrich themselves.

Not true.  Piece by piece.  Has been done many times so I've heard.

The men stand around as the woman does all the hardwork. Typical.

Christ what a mess. so he kills her 1 year ago, moves home, kills the guy he thinks slept with her and buries him in concrete?

How are the family only now reporting her missing?
