Cleaning external ceramic tile around the house

Hello,

 

Looking for some help on how to clean outdoor ceramic tiles that have been stained by plant pots and/or water. Here are some photos of the stains. I have tried vinegar, baking soda, bleach as well as store bought tile cleaners and all have been without success. I saw hydrochloric acid the other day in DoHome and was wondering if that could be used to clean these stains. Would appreciate any help or suggestions on how to clean these tiles.
