Elephants were banned from Thai streets a few years ago , long before Prayruth took power

Yes everything is always banned in Thailand but never stops.

Anybody has real life experience ?

What are you "trying" to say ?

Any news about getting elephants off the streets (in any town) is good news.  Training elephants is a brutal business, and the fewer we see, the better.
