I was using a dentist near the traffic lights on Siam CC road, who I was very happy with, however, went there this morning and was met by a very bored receptionist, who didn't answer the phone calls I made to set up an appointment, who told me to come back at 3.30, and then didn't remember having made the appointment when I went back. Not only that, she and two ladies in very grubby off-white coats were all sitting around eating in a totally vacant reception area. One of those ladies turned out to be the dentist, but she could have been mistaken for a cleaner, as could her assistant. After submitting to a brief examination, and being told what work I might need, I beat a hasty retreat, never to return. Obviously the practice had changed hands since last I went.

So, I need some suggestions re alternatives.
