chubby Posted December 12, 2016 Share Posted December 12, 2016 100B Med Clinic for Driv license form near Asoke / Sukhumwit please ? hello, this mornign i've called two clinics , i know its a holiday, but , i think i'd prefer not to pop into a hospital to get one of these forms i need to certify my health. i'm told for 1-200B i might do a quick visit, but prefer to not just wander around looking for one, if someone can advise me on one to use , thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
