American, Europeans on Drug Charges in Sihanoukville

Police arrested five foreign nationals in Preah Sihanouk province on Sunday for allegedly trafficking and producing the drug ecstasy.   Provincial police chief Major General Chuon Narin said police raided two houses in Sihanoukville and arrested the foreigners, which included three women.
 

The first raid in Bey commune netted two of the female suspects – Czech Lenya Vlkoval, 26, and Finn Hannah Sirkia, 28 – as well as Ukrainian Melnyk Volodymyr, 27. Maj. Gen. Narin said that a drug-making machine, more than 400 pills, various colored powders believed to be drugs and microcrystalline cellulose were seized in the raid.
 

He added that two other foreigners – American Mikhail Grafma, 52, and the third female suspect, Russian Elmira Mukhametianova, 30 – were arrested in Pram commune. “Mr. Mikhail, the ringleader, said the two houses belong to Mikhail Grafma,” Maj. Gen. Narin said.
