I will be traveling soon from the U.S. to Thailand. I will have with me several boxes (a year's worth) of insulin pens that need to remain cold (not just cool) for the approximate 30 hour travel time. Has anyone had success with doing this? Most airlines will allow coolers as carry-on, but am not sure that I can keep this large supply of insulin cold for the 30-35 hour trip. Dry ice possibly? Any replies or suggestions would be appreciated.
