Sorry i know this seems a little lame but can anyone translate this to Thai writing to i can print it please.

(sorry for what has happened, but i can't explain my side of the story)

ผมรู้ศึกเสียใจมากกับเรื่องที่ได้เกิดขึ้น และต้องขออภัยที่ยังไม่สามารถอธิบายให้เหตุผลฝ่ายตัวเอง

This is just an attempt, I am sure it can be expressed better, but it is what I might use myself anyway. If you have a personal relation to this person, the pronoun you use for I would be changed accordingly - here I've used the catch-all male I, '[R]phom'.

As for "my side of the story", I have tried to put it as, back translated, 'explain the logic of my side' - but it sounds a bit contrived and there is probably a better way of saying it.

Thanks for that, things have calmed down for the moment however my girfriend has walk out. For the moment!

I dont know about better but I would say it like

ต้องขอโทษเป็นอย่างมากกับเรื่องที่เกิดขึ้น แต่พมยังไม่มีโอกาสได้อธิบายเรื่องของตัวเอง

Maybe a Tai would say it a little different?
