Court reduces sentences for 2007 red-shirt protest at Prem’s residence

How long before a final verdict could be reached? Another 5 years, then apply for bail and off to Cambodia?

Will they ever learn?

I am assuming because they have applied for temporary releases they are appealing to the Supreme Court, that seems daft as I assume the Supreme Court would either uphold the Appeal Courts decision or find in favour of the Lower Courts decision, either way they would be doing at least 2 years, and in the case of the 5th person who's sentence was upheld by the Appeal Court can they appeal that.

Just time wasting...

WOW government generosity knows no bounds for sure.
