I'm now also seeing a couple of elders that were used to extensions but are now on ME non-immigrant visas reporting to immigration within 24 hours after they arrive back. My understanding is that TM30 is actually the responsibility of the housemaster. But it is only requested either directly from a hotel/guesthouse/landlord or if a foreigner goes to immigration wishing to do a long term extension. Can they request TM30 it if extending a Visa Exempt or Tourist Visa entry? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Some offices want one every time you enter the country while other only want it if you change addresses. There are several ongoing topics about the TM30 form.
