Samart eyes more revenue from sports-content arm

THE NATION

SET-LISTED telecom holding Samart Corp will focus more on the sports-content business this year, as the group targets total revenue of Bt20 billion for 2017.

It plans to list its subsidiary I-Sport on the Market for Alternative Investment by the third quarter.

I-Sport owns the rights to a considerable amount of sports-event content and will expand into business of being agency of sportsmen.
