I renew my 12 month visa one month before it expires. E.g. If it expires 1st July I renew 1st June. It is possible that by 1st June I will have spent 90 days in the Kingdom. However my new permission to stay will run from 1st July. Does my new 90 day reporting period start 1st June or 1st July?

Your extension of stay application (not a visa) will not reset your 90 day report date. Your report will still be due on the 1st of June.

Your permission to stay and requirement to report every 90 days are not connected.

 

The renewal of your permission to stay doesn't count as a report, but some IO's do reset the 90 days in which case they will issue a new report date/slip.

 

Unless the IO processing the extension resets your report date (unlikely) your next report is due 90 days from the last report or last entry to the country.
