BANGKOK: -- THE 37 REFORM agendas and 138 reform proposals prepared by the National Reform Steering Assembly (NRSA) will be prioritised for implementation at the first meeting of the newly introduced reform-preparation committee next week, Minister to PM’s Office Suvit Maesincee said yesterday.

The committee, chaired by Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha, comes under the Super-Committee, which was set up after the PM invoked Article 44 of the interim charter last week. The Super-Committee oversees four panels. The other three committees, also chaired by the premier, focus on strategic administration, 20-year strategy and reconciliation respectively.

Suvit was speaking after meeting with representatives of the NRSA and the National Legislative Assembly (NLA) at Government House yesterday to prepare for next week’s workshop.

After 3 years you have actually got around to setting up a committee to oversee a committee who is making a proposal.  Nothing much is happening so may I propose an addition committee be formed to oversee these two committees.

I think an Organic Committee would solve all problems

Freedom of choice without interference is the only way to reconcile.

"...37 reform agendas, 138 proposals set to be tabled..."

Wow, it looks like the junta is finally getting serious about reform and reconciliation agendas in Thailand.

Unfortunately, I suspect there will be a big hole in their boast.

37 reforms agendas, and 138 reform proposals, the question is reforms for whom? .................................:coffee1:

Prayuth will be busier than President Trump.

After 3 years of him filling his pockets and added pressure from the great won. He has been forced to set up a shit talk board of bananas. Which will be capable of short time and hand signals. Nothing will come of this a simple decoy. Just retire go. Return leadership to someone worthy.

The first thirty-six are variations on "throw all red-shirts in jail".

Busy busy busy! Must secure military influence on all future Thailand governments. Yes yes! Just call me Kim.
