Ask AVCamera. If they don't have it yet, they may be able to tell you when it will be in stock. They get new models much earlier than mainstream retailers.

You can try the Sony Alpha Pro shop at MBK on the 5th floor. It is run by A/V Value (http://www.avvalue.com/) who have another shop on the 3rd floor. They list the a99II on their website, but that doesn't always mean it is in stock and not a special order.

Oh, and AV Camera will send it to you by EMS. If I pay them (by bank transfer) before 1500, whatever I have ordered arrives the following day.
