AN ADDITIONAL 32 arrest warrants were issued yesterday for suspects involved in the city police exam cheating scandal, bringing the total number of people wanted in the case to 84.

Are arrest warrants worth the paper they are written on ?

Seems like an incredibly large number.

The cheaters should be identified and punished and barred forever from any form of employment in all government agencies and barred from engaging in any form of contract with any government agency.

But, IMHO, even more important is that this has all happened several times before, on a large scale, and nothing seems to have been done to identify the organizers, sack them, bar them from any form of employment in all government agencies and bar them from engaging in any form of contract with any government agency, and jail them for lengthy periods and confiscate their property, wealth, etc.

so many threads, so many posts just making me rethink my ideas of living in THailand.
