Lady Boy thief finally caught by Pattaya police

 

PATTAYA: -- At around 11:00am on January 30th, Pattaya police held a press conference to confirm the arrests of two known lady boys who have been committing crimes in and around the Pattaya area recently.

 

The most recent case took place on January 28th at around 3:30am. A young Russian male, 22 years old, was walking along beach road in Jomtien when two ladyboys approached and managed to snatch his gold chain estimated to be worth around 175,000 Thai Baht. This was the third incident within the last couple of weeks, and CCTV footage showed that it was the same suspects each time.

  

All CCTV images managed to capture the same motorbike which was used as the getaway vehicle and police used the registration plate to eventually track down the thieves.

 

Unfortunately for the young Russian tourist his gold chain, along with the other stolen goods had already been cashed in for money, and surprise surprise, the money has been spent. The good news, on the other hand, is that the thieves are now under police custody and will be charged accordingly for their crimes.

 

Gold snatching is becoming more and more common in Pattaya these days, and police have asked tourists once again to be extra careful when wearing their gold in and around Pattaya.

That's a high rate of inflation, it was 150,000 two days ago.

So the ladyboys have spent the 150,000b in two days? Should make them tell them what shop they sold it in and go get it back off the shopkeeper who would know 100% that a ladyboy with any gold will be stolen gold.maybe then the shopkeepers would be more careful and not be the greedy fence/receivers that they are.ive been in a shop and seen a ladyboy with a chain and camera with no charger/accessories and acting really shifty.

The one on the right looks pretty massive to me.

 

So the money is already spend, better check their apartment/bank-books, prawn everything of value and give the money to the victim.

I expect the serial will have another few episodes!

The pawn shops do not care. They know that most of what comes through their doors is stolen, but are pretty much untouchable..

They pay a fraction of the true value, and good luck trying to get it back, even if you find out where it went.

Even if you call the cops and have receipts, you will still have to pay, with interest, to get the stolen property back.

Tell me when you have ever seen a news story of a pawn shop busted for receiving stolen property.
