Meechai says media control bill appears unconstitutional

BANGKOK: -- Charter drafter chairman Meechai Ruchupan said Tuesday that the proposed media reform bill by media reform panel of National Reform Steering Assembly (NRSA) is deemed violating the referendum-endorsed Constitution.

Australian DJ caught with ecstasy transferred to Bang Kwang Prison to serve two life sentences

Jake Mastroianni, the Australian DJ who made headlines when he was sentenced to two life sentences in Thai prison for possessing 61 ecstasy pillshas been transferred from Bangkok’s Klong Prem Prison to Bang Kwang Prison in Nonthaburi to serve his harsh punishment amongst death row offenders.

Green line going nowhere for at least two years
