Fully utilizing SETV

Featured Replies

Hi, I'm issued with a SETV on 25 Jan and have a used by 24 Apr date on the visa. I'm flying in on the 5 Feb (this sunday) and have an outward ticket of 2 Apr.

How do I fully utilize this SETV?

Come on the 5th Feb and go home 2 April.

You can always get a 30 day extension from Immigration and stay a bit longer.  1,900 Baht fee.

Pay 1900bt at local immigration to extend another 30 days or something? I don't know that's why I asked...

it will be extended for another 30 days

This plan will put you on overstay unless you apply for a 30 day extension at Immigration for a fee of 1,900 Baht.

My count says it is only 57 days of stay from February 5th to April 2nd that is within the 60 day entry from a tourist visa (only 28 day in Feb caused a miscount.perhaps).

Not a miss count because flight to utapao is not daily.

I can waste a out going if necessary

I was using the dates you posted.

Your last day would be the 5th of April. If you need to or want to stay longer than that you could get a 30 day extension at a immigration office for fee of 1900 baht.

Thanks Joe... the APEC card take much longer than expected to approve. If I still don't receive by end march, I'll have to extend it at the immigration for another month.
