samran
We are going down to OZ shortly, and don't have time to organise an IDP for the wife. My wife, a kiwi, only has a valid Thai license at the moment. However, the VicRoads website says that it is possible to drive with a non-english language license as long as an english translation is carried along with it. Can someone tell me from experience, what is deemed as an 'acceptable' translation in the eyes of the coppers down in OZ?
Mighty Mouse
Australian roads are controlled by the Australian Road Rules. Click here and look under "licensing" for answers to your question.
