Jomsap

SAKHON NAKON: -- A SAKHON Nakhon-based eyebrow tattoo artist has emerged as a fresh witness in support of former teacher Jomsap Saenmuangkhot’s claim of innocence in a 2005 crash, the chairman of a newly-established centre taking complaints regarding cases allegedly involving scapegoats said yesterday.

General Kittisak Rathprasert, head of the complaint centre of the Anti-Corruption Network Foundation, said the team’s latest visit to Sakhon Nakhon found information that supported Jomsap’s claim of innocence.

The team tracked Jomsap’s movements on March 11, 2005, starting from her request for early leave from school to her transferring the ownership of her pick-up truck to Prapat Saenmuangkhot at the Sakhon Nakhon land transport office at 2.30pm.

The cops must be beside themselves...not only losing face, but possible prosecution of false charges..but of course, fat chance that would happen:)

Re-arrange these words into a well-known phrase or saying; 'face egg of on Thai police'.

The story that keeps on giving.

This is great news. Could the police be telling the truth? They could. But their reputation is awful so why would I believe them. We have this weird belief around the world that the whole 'trick me once' idea only applies to friends and colleagues, etc. Not to the police or politicians, etc. Don't believe them and somehow you're a negative person. Fall twice for a lie from a friend, etc, and you're an idiot.

This could be a movie, but I don't think people would believe it. They'd never understand the level of immorality from a police force or be able to empathize with the bizarre system of face. Even for Asia it's taking it to a new level.

Think they are already a "marked man".

Oh Dear; another dead man walking !

Are you suggesting that someone might have designs on bumping off the tattoo artist?:saai:

Did the police genuinely make a mistake or was it by design & if so why her? Also if she was guilty why such a complicated con for a small amount of money.?

I haven't seen or read anything in this case thus far to suggest that there was any specific malice or ill-will by the police in their original investigation that focused on the woman here.

Rather, it would seem to be yet another case of total laziness, indifference, carelessness on the part of those involved. And then, when the S**t began to hit the fan a few years later, the entire uniform establishment gets its back up and starts frantically trying to find some way to come out of it not looking terrible.
