Hospitals and Clinics Only.......

My local pharmacy finally ran out of Tramadol.  It was 35 per strip.  So for the first time in years; I had to go on a hunt.  I would say 5 out of six don't sell it and many will tell you new law...hospitals and clinics only.  I told them I hear there is a new law requiring motorcycle helmets, too.  I found a guy deep in Santitham....50 THB.  None of the ones on the perimeter of Maharaja sell it....quite a few sell Ultracet, which retails for 199, but Jampha has it for 159.  It's mostly Paracetamol.... not nearly as effective.  So just a word to the wise...don't wait until you need it...and I also noticed that all the pharmacies with Chinese signs are an avoid.  And yes, it is dangerous, but then again so is giving your kid matches, or your girlfriend a credit card.

I asked about the limit on my visa debit card...they told me 400,000 per day...I told them how about 400.00?  I was born during the day, but it wasn't yesterday.  Just trying to prevent a wave of people more than willing to talk about addiction, but not their numerous other failures.   Plenty of bomb making videos for the kids to watch on YouTube, they would probably be insulted by matches.

Well, it seems like it's time for you to establish a working relationship with a doctor in a hospital, i.e. to seek treatment for the reason you need tramadol.

You're right about Ultraset having a small fraction of the amount of tramadol as what you're used to.  In order to consume enough Ultraset to get enough active ingredient of tramadol to be equivalent to a tamadol capsule, you're going to be consuming dangerous amounts of paracetamol.  Enough to mess up your liver.

There is a pain management clinic at Sripat Hospital.
