jamie2009
I am about to apply for a U.K. Passport for my Thai son, I am named on his Birth Certificate. 1) My colleague has told me you have to prove you are living as a family in Thailand. He used his House Book, I rent a house so don't have one and only my name is on the Rental Agreement, I can't see anywhere that this information is required ? 2) What address do to I put on the Aplication Form, my U.K. Resident one or my Thai Address
ubonjoe
Have you looked at the requirements to apply for their passport by going through the steps here. https://www.gov.uk/overseas-passports 1. No proof of that is needed. 2. You will need to use your address here in Thailand and will need to show proof of it.

Thanks Joe, my Girlfriend and our son are registered on her Mothers House Book so I assume that's the address I put on the Application Form not our current address.. brewsterbudgen
There is no requirement to be living together as a family. However, an address in the country from which you are applying is, understandably, required.

You would use the address where your living if you have some proof of it. There is no requirement for it to be the same as the one on the house book they are registered in.
