Here is a revamped logic puzzle that may have been posted previously?

Five Farangs met up in Pat Pong and decided to go to different Gogo bars and try their luck.

The Gogos were all next door to one another.

Each farang smoker had different drinks and all paid bar.

Which farang got the stunner?

Clues:

1. The Brit went to Roses Gogo.

2. The German smoked Princes.

3. The Dane got drunk on Tequila.

4. The Bluemasters smoker drank Singha.

5. The Dunhill smoker went to Yippee Gogo.

6. The Norwegian went to the nearest Gogo.

7. The Pall Malls smoker paid bar for the Bar Tendhi

8. The Norwegian went to the Gogo next to Busted Gogo.

9. The Swede paid bar for the dancer with the Tattoos.

10. The Farang in the center Gogo got pissed on Heinekin.

11. The Falang in Grannies Gogo stayed sober by drinking Coke.

12. The Blends smoker was in the Gogo next to the Whisky drinker.

13. Grannies Gogo is immediately to the left of Willy Wonkers Gogo.

14. One Farang took a Hello Girl and was in the Gogo next to the Dunhill smoker.

15. The Blends smoker went to the Gogo next to the Farang who took the Fat Lady.

Would like to try to solve the puzzle, but I'm afraid I'm not up on bar terminology, being I don't frequent the bars, so without some more information I may be at a disadvantage.

What is a "Bar Tendhi"?

What is a "stunner" in relation to the other ladies mentioned, ie. could a "Hello Girl" also be a "stunner"? Or are there five unique ladies just as there are five unique guys, smokes, and drinks.

Are there only five bars or could there be more? Or doesn't it matter? That point is not clarified in the OP.

In anser to your queries:

Q. What is a "Bar Tendhi"?

A. A person who serves behind a bar as opposed to a "Dek Serve" who is a young female waitress.

Q. What is a "stunner" in relation to the other ladies mentioned,

A. In his particular instance the "stunner" is the most sought after lady and the best out of the five mentioned.

Q. Could a "Hello Girl" also be a "stunner"?

A. Yes but in this puzzle they are classified as two unique females. I could have used ginger, blonde, brunette, redhead or black instead.

Q. ... are there five unique ladies just as there are five unique guys, smokes, and drinks.

A. Yes

Q. Are there only five bars or could there be more? Or doesn't it matter?

A. Each guy goes to only one bar and goes with a different girl.

6. The Norwegian went to the nearest Gogo.

8. The Norwegian went to the Gogo next to Busted Gogo.

The above clues 6 and 8 are the ones to start with. This eliminates quite a few possibilities.

A hint on how to solve the problem is to maybe get a sheet of paper and make a grid with 5 rows, Nationalities and , Bars, Drinks, Cigarrettes and Girls. Next is to extract unique information from the questions and tick the grid columns that match. It took me a couple of hours to solve.

My God! I am sure it is a great puzzle but that is a lot of time to invest. Got any easier, less time consuming ones ?

Very old thread but just remembered it so thought I'd add the solution I came up with:

First Bar: Norwegian, Dunhill, Whiskey, Yippee Gogo, Fat Lady

Second Bar: Dane, Blends, Tequilla, Busted Gogo, Hello Girl

Third Bar: Brit, Pall Malls, Heinekin, Roses Gogo, Bar Tendhi

Fourth Bar: Swede, Bluesmasters, Singha, Willy Wonkers Gogo, dancer with Tattoos

Fifth Bar: German, Princes, Coke, Grannies Gogo, Stunner
