I left Koh Pha Ngan on the day of the full moon (yeah party pooper I know!!)...but I was told that it was cancelled due to the weather...is this true, as getting conflicting stories?

Nope, not cancelled, the rain cleared and the party went on as usual. They rarely cancel the FMP due to weather, and even then, people still head down for some fun.

If you skipped because of a piddly bit of rain perhaps you should consider changing your name

SBK, if you read the post...I left before the rain...!!!!!!! I'd done 6 and to be honest the 1st one is fab the 2nd is great and after that they all pale...and didnt really want to be around for any more!

Always wondered about these shin digs, are they any fun? Or just for kids?

We've had guests of all ages go, from 17 years old to 60. Not my thing, personally, but I can see that it would be fun if you like big crowds and lots of dancing.

Of course, by the time FMP rolls around I am too exhausted to go anyway, so it wouldn't matter if it were my thing or not
